Designed for businesses of all sizes, Bluewolf’s OpenSupport program provides organizations with ongoing access to Bluewolf’s team of experts and resources, enabling them to continually modify and adapt Salesforce and other SaaS solutions to their current and future business needs.
OpenSupport is an open source approach to application support in an on-demand era. Bluewolf OpenSupport combines proactive (day-to-day administration and support) and reactive (requests and ongoing case resolution) support services into a single program.
Customers receive a regular monthly allotment of technology support hours which they can use for a variety of administrative tasks (such as system set-up, administrator support and software release management) and custom software development projects (such as custom Apex/VisualForce development, AJAX development and AppExchange solution deployment).
